BUYER BEWARE!!! Least reputable travel service I have dealt with on the web. Advertise low fares, and AFTER you've completed the purchase, they send you an email with a new higher price - my purchase price nearly doubled. However, they still advertise the lower price on their website.
I echo the negative review posted before... and here is the new 'Best' Travel Store "so sorry e-mail":

Dear Mr. ****,
Please note that the airfare you booked recently with Best Travel Store has changed. We are unable to guarantee fares until ticketed, and we received your e-mail after the change took effect. At the time we tried to process your ticket we noticed that the airline had increased the fare to 1298.00USD .
We immediately contacted our sales representative to request him to honor the previous fare, he just replied to us saying that unfortunately he is unable to honor the low fare due to high season travel. Please reply to this e-mail if you would like to continue with this purchase or if you would like to cancel the reservation without any cancellation fees by November 12, before 2:00pm pst.
We will not process the reservation without your prior approval. If we do not get your approval your reservation will get cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.
WHY HAS MY FARE CHANGED
Airlines reserve the right to change their fares anytime prior to ticketing. As a discount airfare reseller Best Travel Store has no control over the timing and levels of fare changes. In rare cases when fares change during the period after reseservation and priror to ticketing we do our best to find you the closest alternative.
