This company ignored my continuance requests for three years to cancel the plan. They start increasing their fees without a proper notice or giving me a chance to accept or reject; I had to file a claim with small claims court, the court awarded me $5000 plus the court cost, BPI counter sue and lost, appeal the court decision and small claim court deny the appeal. Benefit Planning Inc. Refuse to pay and comply with the court decision, they continue sending their statement asking me to pay them ignoring the court decision!!!!!!! ZERO RATING FOR THIS COMPANY!
