Never Received Product -- Only Horrible Customer Service

We ordered an engraved wine box nearly two months before the wedding. Several weeks later, having not received anything, I checked the order tracking. It turns out, UPS had returned it to them. I'm not sure why, all of the information I provided was correct. Despite having received it back at their warehouse, they hadn't contacted me in any way, shape or form. I contacted them to find out what had happened. The informed me they MIGHT be able to ship it again at an extra charge. I informed them that I did not find that acceptable and they then failed to respond to my further emails. Now I'm not sure what went wrong with UPS and it probably is not their fault. But what is their fault is the abhorrent customer service I received. Now we're stuck a week and a half before the wedding trying to figure something out. Don't shop here if you're counting on actually receiving the product you order. ====== Update: After posting this review, they reached out to me and offered to send the box out again, free of charge. I had already ordered a replacement, so they refunded the full purchase price and shipping.
