Sweet 16 party - spoke at length to a customer service agent to make sure I was ordering the right item and that what appeared in the photo on line was actually what I was going to get. Though they responded and 'offered to fix' the problem for an additional $20.00 - I had to laugh. They disregarded what their CS agent told me and just pointed the finger. Be wary of this company! They put me in a bind at the last minute regarding party favors!!
