I was offered a one year membership in January for $99.00. All was fair until June when they hiked the thermostat to 82 degrees. This is South Florida and there's no way I want to work out under those conditions.
On the offer, it read, 100% percent satisfaction guaranteed- just go for 6 months for a minimum of 2 times per month, (which I did) and you can get a refund for any reason.
When I brought that up to corporate/customer service, I got an email back that you have to cancel after 30 days after joining- but going for 6 months.
They are the worst!
