Well they advertise 24/7 support. - They don't actually give 24/7 support.
They advertise they have Live Chat - it's nonexistent
You have to submit a trouble ticket and that's where you don't get 24/7 support.
I received charges for a temporary phone line which I was told was temporary.
Their customer service is rude and they don't reply. Nothing but problems for me.
