I cannot believe how one company can scam people in so many ways. First, I ordered a 99 cent product, which I received in a timely manner. And, of course, promptly after that I also received a bill for $150. I have never been billed that much for a dollar trial item. They claimed it was in the fine print when I called them on it. They said that it was a "membership fee" for some thing that I had never signed up for. I asked to be removed from their membership and refunded. They denied me the refund, but said they would take me off the list. This happened in January. Over the ensuing months, I received charges to my account that were from other services that I had not ordered. Those charges were removed quickly once the companies had been contacted. Given Celebrity White's lack of ethics, I have no doubt that they gave out my account information. In March, I received another charge to my account (I had been monitoring it frequently for mysterious charges). When I called this one, I ended up back on the phone with Celebrity. They had billed me for a product that I received in the mail that day. I told them that I wanted no part of them or thier company again. All I wanted was a refund on the product that they gave me. They once again assured me that I was no longer a member, but told me that they could not refund my money for the product. After some persistence, they acquiesced to a refund; less a 65% restocking fee. I returned the unopened product (with delivery confirmation - my trust in the company completely shattered). They received the product on April 10. I had a very busy two months. And gave them the first month to refund the remaining money. Two months later, I called them. They said it was not up to customer service to refund, it was up to billing. I asked to speak to billing, but was denied. I was told that I would receive an email and I could fill it out and then I would receive my refund. We'll see how the story ends from here... I already know that I am closing out the account that they had access to so that no further charges from this amoral, unrepentant RIP-OFF organization will be charged to my account. Please spread the word, so that other unfortunate people do not end up adding to this long litany of laments about this company that is truly an affront to all online businesses. I must say that I will also be skeptical and wary of all other online businesses that I have not used yet. CELEBERITY WHITE TEETH IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!
