I will save you the heart ache of buying from a shady Iron Lot like this one. Especially if you have the dis-pleasure of buying from the owner ERIC. He is fast talking and will say whatever he needs to say in order to rip you off.
1. Dishonest
2. Shady
3. Unsafe vehicles. The car I was sold had mismatched tires, brakes were around .5%, headlights did not operate, car vibrated when stopping at higher speeds. Of course I bought the car in the day light and failed to catch the burnt out low beam lights. $1400 to repair the ballast and ignitor.
4. Unprofessional on the phone and in person
5. Cash only.....Are you kidding me??
6. The cars they buy are literally crap that a reputable dealer does not want to resell to the public.
7. Your right, they are selective when picking up the phone, if they pick up... Probably hiding from their angry, ripped off customers.
8. When I called and asked Eric for some help in rectifying these problems, he said "I don't have time for this" and hung up.
9. Its a wonder that they have not been shut down by DMV for breaking the law.
Buyer beware!! You are walking into a shady dealership if you by from Auto boutique and you will be ripped off!! Shame on me for trusting that I was buying at least a safe vehicle.
