My bathroom remodel project with Ariel Builders has been a complete disaster from start to finish and one of the most unpleasant and stressful experiences of my life. The tile man put too much cement on the bathtub wall making the valve impossible to connect, so the workers broke a large hole in my exterior stucco wall without permission to correct the cement error. Then the tile man laid a floor tile with a long crack which was removed by another guy who badly chipped the adjacent tile and then laid a new tile in too low to match the existing floor. Then another worker chipped the top bullnose tile on the wall, and to top everything off in this pathetic joke of a remodel, another worker put a deep scratch in my new $1500 acrylic bathtub. The workers for this company seem nice and mean well, and they will always try to correct their numerous mistakes, but they are not craftsmen in any work they do and pay no attention to fine detail and accuracy. Stay away from this company!!
