Along with the other negative statements, we also have a similar story. If I didn't know before my experience with Aria & Associates, I know now. Always Always check the BBB to see how a company treats their customers. Aria and Associates is a disgusting example of a business. They are liars and are great at one thing, that is you will feel as if the person on the other end of the phone feels your pain and is going to do everything they can to help you save your home, they give you hope and make up a figure that they can get your mortgage payment down to in order to keep you believing in them. When a homeowner is desperate for help, they look for any flicker of hope at the end of the tunnel. Aria and Associates are liars they are team of scammers. They have mastered the ability to grab your emotions and run away with them. From the initial contact we had with Charles Park right down to the receptionist Karen they are scum. I must admit the only person that had some integrity was Linda Gonzalez who indicated she was the loan negotiator, she occasionally would call us back as promised. We have since lost our home and have filed bankruptcy. Aria and Associates will not answer any of my calls or e-mails, they have more turnover than any company that I have every worked with. This company has no integrity, no morals, professionalism is zero, and I would like to know how they continue to remain in business and scam people who are in need of help. WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ARIA AND ASSOCIATES. !!!!!!!!WE WANT OUR 3,000.00 BACK.
