Our Village ordered a sign form this company almost 2 years ago and still have not received our sign. The sign has been paid for and our village gets excuses as they broke the sign and would make a new one, still receiving NO sign. The Village doesn't get call backs from the company to try and correct the infraction. So along with not getting our sign, there is POOR customer service. This issue needs to be resolved, either send the Village the sign we ordered or return our payment IN FULL.
