I'm surprised by the great reviews. I'm having nothing but problems.

Not impressed at all. Called on the day I told them I was on vacation, noted in the message I was on vacation and said they'd call back tomorrow. A week later, no call. I called back and cannot get a prompt response. I can never get my representative in person and they never call back until evening. Now they want my cell phone number and said to call back and leave in voicemail, because guess what? They are out of office today. I'm not giving them my cell phone because I think business should be conducted during business hours. I called this morning to talk to a Supervisor; nobody around and I cannot leave a message in voicemail because the answering service is picking up almost an hour after the office opens.
If you have plenty of time to mess around, this is the company for you. If you're busy and/or need your supplies immediately and need a company that just gets it done, look elsewhere.
