I've been with honda financial for about 3 years since 2009. I fell behind 1 month and had advised them in advance of the difficulties I was experiencing after agreeing to extend the payment for that grace period they started harassing me daily. I think they should better their systems and procedures so they all communicate and know the status of each persons accounts to avoid this problem, because unless I kept each person up to date I think they would of repo if not.
