I suppose this company will call me a competitor too! But I'm a customer who is irritated enough with them to sign up and write my review here so other will know NOT to use them. Called them to fix a 3 yr old Bosch dishwasher and now it's worse than before they touched it. They will not fix your problem and will not refund your money. They've received terrible and similar reviews on Yelp. Go there and pick a repair person with 5-star reviews I learnt the hard way.
I'm surprised this website allowed the owner to leave a review and skew the rating - even though it's still pretty bad!
