DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
I called them on Feb 26 and I was told by a lady named Bailey that she had a driver that would pick my car up on Feb 28. I called back to follow-up with some paper work and got a message telling me to start a free trial with Ring Central and that there number was not in service yet. I was furious after hearing that. I felt I got scammed for the first time so I emailed them over the weekend and they responded saying that I would hear from Bailey first thing Monday morning. Of course I didn't and then around 6 pm a lady named Kelly contacted me. She kept talking over me and kept trying to get me to get my truck shipped through their company and I kept telling her "NO" and I would like my deposit refunded back to me. She was rude to me and my mother too. My mother asked her for her CEO's name and a number to contact that person and Kelly told my mother that she won't give that info out and that her CEO does not want to be bothered and that talking to her is like talking to the CEO. LOL! WOW! She also said that my mother threatened her because she told Kelly she WILL report her to the CEO and by the time she finishes with her that no one in Tennessee will ever do business with her/company again and eventually she hung up in my face after my mother handed the phone back to me. Anyhow.... Oh and the lady said that it was not possible that they have an F rating. I'm like O.M.G. This lady has lost several screws in her brain.
Just poor customer service skills, failure to contact me about there so call change of number plus was rude and lied about the pick up date. Based on other reviews I will not get my deposit back. I will never ever ever ever do business with American Alliance a.k.a. American Allegiance Auto Transport ever again. I just wish some one would shut that company down completely so I wont see another disturbing review from another customer. After reading a few of the good reviews, I'm like this can't be true. Probably a made up account by their own company.
All in all if I knew about there rating and read all of the complaints, I would have never in my lifetime chose to book my shipment with them.
