I have been trying to help my grandparents create a simple will/trust for years with no such luck. Michelle went above and beyond to help my grandparents create their will/trust. At times they were having trouble understanding all the questions and wanted to keep thinking about their answers. She was very patient, giving them plenty of time to think things through, and had multiple phone calls to follow up with them. Despite the differences in time zones she made an effort to make calls very early in her time zone to accommodate my grandparent wanting an early call. Michele is very professional and keeps all lines of communication open between family and individuals creating the will/trust. Wish we would have used them years ago!!!
