Same as many others. Signed contract to ship vehicle. They took deposit via credit card. When vehicle arrived at destination, shipper required full price to release vehicle. Didn't know anything about deposit. Non responsive to phone calls by yourself or third party shipper. When you finally talk to someone in authority, they say they will contact shipper to resolve, call you back, credit your credit card, etc, then do nothing. Third party shipper says they will never do business with them again, as it taints their own reputation. Will never do business with this company again.
