Worst costumer service/ service I have even seen. First off I have yet to receive my car yet (29 days and counting now!!). The 2 questions I asked when I got a quote from them was A. How long will it take to get my car from Anchorage to Seattle and B. can I put things in my car? Robert emailed me back to say it would take approximately 7-14 days. Later when I spoke with him on the phone he said it would be around 8-10. This is what I based my decision to use them on. (there where cheaper companies that took 3-4 weeks) So I made reservations with All Auto Transport to have my car leave Anchorage on August 18th. This was at least a month in advance. I called to verify drop off date and make an appointment to drop off my car on the ferry for the 17th. Somehow the ferry company did not get my car on the ferry until a week later.... Then it took them 16 days to get it to Seattle..... Once it was unloaded from the ferry All Auto did not get my car on a truck for another 5 days.... and now it is going to still take another week to get to San Diego (if not longer). Multiple times I called/emailed to check on my car/ ask for a rental car.... they would not return my calls and actually would hang up on me. I kept wanting to know how they quoted me 7-14 days to get my car all the way to San Diego when the ferry company they choose took 10-14 days on average just to get to Seattle.... Furthermore I kept asking how long it would take to get my car from Seattle to San Diego- on the phone they told me and my dad 3-5 once it reached Seattle..... no where close to that (it sat in Seattle at least 5 days before it got picked up my their trucking company. They refuse to acknowledge any fault (they say there is no guaranteed delivery date- i accept that but they told me 7-14 days not 35!!!)... I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. HORRIBLE!! I can't believe how little they care about their customers!!
