Review 2/11/2010

Beware of this operation. They are only out to make money and not move your car. My story is that on 2/1/2010 they gave me a good price (after my AAA insurance discount) When I was talking to Brian he requested I give him my credit card information over the phone and then it would not be on the contract that needed to be faxed back to him. Claimed, and I did not disagree, that it is safer to do over the phone than risk it going over a fax. I gave him the information and he then emailed me the CONTRACT. What a contract. All one sided. Basically it stated that if they could not find a driver to pick up the car there would be an additional charge over what was quoted. If you refuse to pay the higher charge you will lose the 150 deposit and be charged an additional 90 administration fee. Within a few hours I immediately sent Brian an email and said to credit my card back the 150 that they had already charged without a contract. I called two days later and he talked to his accounting people and said it would be credited back. I sent Brian another email on 2/8 and he did respond that it would be 4-5 days. On Wednesday, 2/10/2010 I got a call from Michelle stating that they have been unable to find a carrier for my car without charging a higher price, which would be 225 over the quoted price. I explained that they did not have a contract and I am waiting for my credit back that Brian had promised. The company did issue the credit that afternoon and I am pleased that out side of a lot of frustration I am finished with this outfit. THIS IS ONLY MY EXPERIENCE AND MAYBE SOME OF THE POSTIVE STATEMENTS ON THIS LINK OR TRUE BUT FROM THIS YOU CAN SEE HOW THEY OPERATE. IF YOU DEICED TO USE THEM THEN PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT IN DETAIL BEFORE GIVING THEM YOU NUMBER.
