poor merchandise and horrible customer service

the worst customer service EVER.....spent over 500 on Christmas presents and one was even shipped without all the parts, the other wont charge....ive called customer service several times, you wait and wait and wait then a recording comes on to call back....have emailed more than once....NO ONE WILL HELP ME .......
