We have come to the conclusion with this organization and its predecessor that you need to read up on the guidleines proposed from HUD and the FDIC and Freddie mac and Fannie Mae. All of these organizations WARN against Foreclosure processes involving redistributing your monthly mortgage payment to them in lieu of the mortgage comapny it is owed. The Representatives that we interviewed gave us a rosy picture based on their supposed past successes. We are now in the throes of losing our home due to the , in my opinion, inept and questionable business practices afforded us by both Saving the American Dream and Advocate for Fair Lending. At a minimum, follow up as well as progress reporting our case to us appears to be unheard of with these organizations. CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION, when dealing with these folks. OH by the way , their is no trust account set up by these folks . This is what we were told before our case was forwarded to another law firm that we know nothing about. Be Careful
