SCAM ALERT. My company has been scammed by Advantage Distribution Center as well. They called and asked what model our xerox machine was, and the person who answered the phone did not know any better and told them. They then asked if he could order toner he said no. They sent the toner anyway and then weeks later sent an invoice for almost $1,000.00 on a product that costs about $130.00. The invoice was back dated 25 days and said that if you want a refund you must request it within 10 days of the invoice date. The customer service person Eric Ramirez was very rude to our finance manager telling her that she had babbled on long enough and then hung up on her. We are currently waiting to see what happens, and may be turning them into the Kansas Attorney General. Dave P. if you do use this company and have good results then I am surprised, because they are a scam artist company.
