Tarp did not fit frame
|
The tarp we received did not fit the canopy frame, it was too small. It took about 20 phone calls, messages and conversations with people who did not know what they were talking about, to get a call back from "Maria" who apologized for being away for 5
days. She sent out another tarp, this one was way too big. This company is unreliable and customer service is terrible. I wanted a refund so that I could go elsewhere to find a tarp that fit. I would never do business with this company again. I give them one
star because zero stars is not an option.
