Hollywood Video Notice

I also received a letter saying I owe money to Hollywood Video. There is no way I owe this company any money. If anything they should owe me for all the points I had paid for that were on my account when they closed. I didn't see them adding me to their bankruptcy filing so that I would get back the money they received for my membership. Everyone knows video rental companies will not let you rent more movies if you have not paid past your due charges for other movies. They are saying I owe for movies rented over a period of one year and the last month listed is the month that they announced they were going to be closing their stores. I hope that no one actually sends them payment without checking this out. I am writing my dispute letter after I finish this complaint and I am also calling the FTC to see what can be done to stop this.
