I talked to a rep and her supervisor (i wish i could remember her name, i feel bad) the other day, and I have to say that I never understood why other companies made me feel like i had to get something so soon without giving me any good reasons. Both the rep and her supervisor were not only well informed, but made absolute sense. I bought a warranty because, and only because, they showed me the coverage on their website and answered the questions i asked truthfully and directly. I don't care about talking to sales people as long as they give me straight answers. (tip, if they publicize it, they are showing their bellies-you can sue if the contract you get is not on their site because of fcc regulations for the fact that they are a telemerchant, they have to abide by what they say, otherwise you can shut them down)
I have been in sales 18 years, this is one of the few times I have ever bought anything on the fly. i was on the phone for about an hour, but it will be worth it because truth be told, I have a 2005 dodge ram 2500, i love this truck, but dodge's have the most problems. If i had more money i'd get a new one, it just made sense to get this covered.
