Canceled claim without notification and is being very slow to refund
|
The administrator for A W Autopro canceled my contract without notification and A W Autopro is taking a very long time to refund my money. If I had not called a few weeks after faxing documentation of a mileage discrepancy I would not have known the contract had been canceled. They claimed the refund would take 30 days. When the 30 days passed I called and was advised it would be 60 days. They were very prompt at taking my money but very slow to return it. They also set the payment draft date up on the wrong date, earlier than my requested date and caused my bank account to overdraw.
Not at all happy.
