I started my transaction on Feb. 24th when I ordered Dining Room and Living room verticals. When they were installed on March 18th, they were one panel short on each side and made so long that the valance had to be hung way above the window frame. The valence was also made 3/3/4 inches long instead of 4 1/2 inches long. The bedroom verticals were also too short. They can't seem to finish hanging the roller blinds because they are waiting for hardware which they say is a cord for a honeycomb shade or Roman shade which we did not order. They don't return their voice messages and lie constantly. They still have not given me a copy of my consumer receipt which I have asked for repeatedly. The sales Rep even asked me why I needed that. Talk about a case of elder abuse.
