How do I get a company to honor a contract to provide me with gold that I paid them for?

There are a lot of mixed reviews about this company. All I know is that I gave them almost $20,000 over a year ago and my order for gold has yet to be filled.
Just what would you suggest I do? The people in charge will not return phone calls nor make appointments with me to resolve the situation.

I bought from them in Jan. 2009 and still no delivery. They did not have an F rating when I invested. I am learning now they earned that rating by screwing many customers.
How much longer can SUPERIOR GOLD GROUP keep stealing money from innocent investers????? Please call Rick F. @ 949-289-8961
