It may be difficult to enforce a verbal contract or communication with this company. From the looks of their BBB report, they have a pattern unethical business practices and failing to respond to complaints. You can file a complaint with the BBB but you should contact the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) since they regulate the moving industry. Here's the link to their site:
